1. Introduction

Welcome to Prep'd ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services for pre-arrival grocery and essentials delivery in Mallorca.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Services

Prep'd provides pre-arrival delivery services of curated grocery packs and essentials to vacation rental properties in Mallorca. Our service includes:

• Selection and preparation of ordered items
• Delivery to the specified location on the requested date
• Placement of items at the property (where access is provided)

For deliveries requiring property access, you must provide valid access codes or arrange for property access with your rental host.

This merchant undertakes not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, to be or have the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offering of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all applicable laws to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:

"Sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age"

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Delivery within our service area is free of charge.

4. Delivery

We guarantee delivery by 4 PM on your specified check-in date, provided:

• The order was placed at least 48 hours in advance
• Accurate delivery location information was provided
• The delivery address is within our service area

For deliveries requiring property access, you must provide valid access codes or arrange for property access with your rental host.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value.

Refunds for quality issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any problems.

6. Product Substitution

Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute items with products of equal or greater value and similar quality. If you have specific requirements or allergies, please note these in your order.

7. Liability

While we take every care in the preparation and delivery of your order, our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
