What is Prep'd?
Prep'd delivers groceries and holiday essentials to your villa or apartment in Mallorca before you arrive, so you walk in to a stocked kitchen instead of an empty fridge. No first-day supermarket run.
How much do the packs cost?
Packs run from €65 to €120, with VAT included in every price. The Climb is €65, The Essential €70, The Cellar €90, The Beach €115, and The Sunrise breakfast pack €120. You can mix packs or add extra items to any order.
When do you deliver?
We deliver by 4 PM on your check-in date, with an evening slot for late arrivals. Tell us your check-in time and we will be there first.
Which parts of Mallorca do you cover?
We deliver across Mallorca, covering the main holiday areas including the north, the southwest, the southeast, the east coast and the Tramuntana villages.
Do I need to be at the villa for delivery?
Usually not. When you book through a property manager we coordinate access and leave everything in the kitchen during the changeover. Booking directly, you can meet us at check-in or arrange access in advance.
Can I order directly, or only through my property manager?
Either works. You can order directly from the shop, or through a property manager who works with us. The packs and prices are the same.
Can I change what is in a pack?
Some packs let you set preferences before you order, such as milk and bread on The Essential, or your spirit and mixers on The Cellar. You can also add other packs or extra items to any order.
Is there an age check on the drinks pack?
Yes. The Cellar contains alcohol, so we verify you are over 18 when you add it to your basket and again at checkout.
